Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an eCommerce Customer Advisor located in Qesm El Maadi, with flexibility for partial remote work. The eCommerce Customer Advisor will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support, handling customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and effectively managing communication with clients. The role involves maintaining positive relationships, resolving customer issues, and counseling clients on suitable solutions to enhance their experience. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
