Job Description

About the Role: We are seeking a visionary E-Commerce Manager to lead the digital sales and performance strategy across multiple international markets. The ideal candidate is a data-driven, growth-minded leader who understands both the art and science of online retail from D2C sales acceleration and conversion optimization to omnichannel brand experience and performance marketing excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Sales Leadership (D2C Model)

  • Drive the group's online sales strategy, focusing on revenue growth, conversion, and customer acquisition across all markets.
  • Develop and execute a year-round online promotional calendar aligned with brand campaigns and global sales targets.
  • Conduct SKU-level analysis to optimize product performance and manage assortments strategically.
  • Champion initiatives to recruit and retain new customers, ensuring a healthy balance between acquisition and retention.
  • Manage multi-country e-commerce operations and ensure consistent brand experience globally.

Performance Marketing

  • Lead paid performance channels including Search, Social, Programmatic, and Retail Media.
  • Oversee organic performance initiatives covering SEO and ASO to enhance discoverability and organic traffic.
  • Manage Performance MarTech stack, including GA4, app analytics, and CRM integrations.
  • Build and structure AI-ready content frameworks leveraging tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity for personalization and dynamic content optimization.

Website Design & Experience

  • Oversee website redesign and UX/UI uplift to improve navigation, conversion, and visual storytelling.
  • Drive personalization strategies to deliver relevant and engaging user experiences.

Commerce Content & Store Management

  • Supervise creation and optimization of product pages, ensuring brand consistency and conversion focus.
  • Manage retail online stores and brand stores across marketplaces and D2C platforms.

Customer Identity & Data Enrichment

  • Lead initiatives to cleanse and enrich customer data, enhancing segmentation and targeting.
  • Oversee Epsilon ID Graph enablement and integration with CRM systems.
  • Drive advanced analytics and data-driven decision making to support personalization and growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in E-Commerce and Digital Growth, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record managing multi-market online operations in a luxury, retail, or FMCG context.
  • Deep expertise in performance marketing, CRM, and conversion optimization.
  • Strong understanding of digital analytics, MarTech, and customer journey mapping.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on ability to execute and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project-management skills.
