Hiring: E-Commerce Manager | Consumer Distribution (UAE)

We are supporting the search for an E-Commerce Manager to lead and scale the online business for a leading consumer company in the UAE.

This is a high-impact role focused on driving growth, strengthening marketplace performance, and improving overall e-commerce execution.

Key Focus Areas:

• Drive growth across e-commerce channels and marketplaces
• Manage Amazon, Noon, and key platform relationships
• Own end-to-end operations (listings, orders, delivery coordination)
• Strengthen commercial negotiations to protect margins
• Expand into quick commerce and improve digital performance
• Oversee D2C platforms and Shopify-based operations

Ideal Profile:

• E-Commerce or Marketplace Manager within consumer or retail
• Strong experience with Amazon / Noon (backend + account management)
• Commercially strong with ability to manage platform dynamics
• Experience across multi-channel e-commerce environments
