We are looking for a high-performing Project Sales Manager to drive business growth across the UAE and wider GCC region, delivering tailored premium lighting solutions for complex, large-scale projects.
You will be responsible for identifying and winning new business, managing key client relationships, and leading project sales from opportunity creation to final execution. This role requires a strong ability to combine technical understanding with commercial excellence.
Responsibilities:
Drive new business development and revenue growth across UAE and wider in GCC markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and key stakeholders
Identify opportunities early and lead projects from design/specification stage through tender and award
Develop and present tailored lighting solutions aligned with client and project requirements
Own the preparation of commercial proposals, technical submissions, and negotiations
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through end-to-end project support
Collaborate cross-functionally (Product, Design, Supply Chain) to ensure successful and timely delivery
Manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously with strong execution discipline
Requirements:
Strong expertise in sales, business development, and client relationship management
Proven experience in project sales, within lighting, electrical, construction, or building materials sectors
Solid technical understanding of lighting systems and solutions, with the ability to customize proposals
Demonstrated success in managing and closing complex, large-scale projects
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong organizational and time management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple projects in parallel
Ability to work independently while thriving in a high-performance team environment
Bachelor's degree, Fluent in English and Arabic
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
