The Role
We are hiring an E-commerce Manager to own and drive Izil's DTC website, across commercial performance, customer journey and data-driven conversion optimisation.
You will be accountable for:
· Revenue delivery
· Profitability
· Conversion performance
· Customer value (AOV, repeat, LTV)
What You Will Own
1. E-commerce P&L Ownership
· Own e-commerce revenue target
· Deliver profitability targets:
· Drive:
o Revenue
o Margin
o Conversion
o AOV
o Repeat purchase
2. Conversion & On-Site Performance
· Own end-to-end website performance:
o Homepage
o Collection/ Activation pages
o PDPs
o Landing pages
· Continuously optimize:
o Conversion rate
o Basket size (AOV)
o Drop-off points
· Work closely with:
o Creative Factory (asset execution)
o Brand team (input alignment)
· Ensure:
o Clear product storytelling
o Strong merchandising logic
o High-performing landing pages
3. CRM & Customer Lifecycle Integration
· Work closely with CRM Lifecycle Lead to:
o Drive repeat purchase
o Increase customer frequency
o Grow customer LTV
· Ensure lifecycle journeys are:
o Integrated into e-commerce experience
o Optimized for conversion
· Track and improve:
o Repeat purchase rate
o Customer retention
o Lifecycle conversion
4. Paid Media & Traffic Efficiency
· Partner with Performance Marketing Lead to:
o Optimize traffic quality, not just volume
o Improve conversion from paid channels
· Ensure:
o Paid traffic lands on optimized experiences
o Content is aligned to conversion logic
· Contribute to achieving Paid media ROI targets
5. Forecasting & Demand Planning Alignment
· Own revenue forecasting accuracy:
· Work closely with:
o Demand Planning
o Brand & Category
What We're Looking For
· 5–8+ years in e-commerce, digital trading, or DTC growth roles
· Strong ownership of revenue and commercial KPIs
· Experience managing e-commerce P&L or trading performance
· Deep understanding of:
o Conversion optimization (CRO)
o Customer journeys
o Online merchandising
· Strong analytical mindset:
o Comfortable with data, dashboards, and forecasting
· Experience in beauty DTC brands preferred
· Experience scaling e-commerce across markets is a plus
