This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager based in Dubai. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee the daily operations of the ecommerce platform, develop and implement marketing and sales strategies, analyze performance metrics, and manage online customer engagement. The role also includes optimizing the online shopping experience, driving revenue growth, and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

• Proven experience in E-Commerce and Digital Marketing
• Strong Sales and Marketing expertise
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for performance tracking and campaign optimization
• Excellent Communication and team collaboration skills
• Familiarity with ecommerce platform tools and technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the retail or feminine care industry is a plus
• Proficiency in using data-driven insights to inform ecommerce strategies
