Role Description

We are seeking a Social Media Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves managing social media platforms, implementing effective social media marketing strategies, creating engaging content, and maintaining brand presence online. The Social Media Executive will also optimize online campaigns, monitor analytics, and collaborate with internal teams to align the social media strategy with the company's vision and objectives.

• Assist in creating marketing content (posts, brochures, email campaigns)
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
• Coordinate photoshoots, videos, and promotional content

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO), and Media Planning
• Excellent Communication and Writing skills
• Proficiency in analyzing social media metrics and using data to inform strategies
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and trends
• Creative and strategic mindset with the ability to produce engaging content
• Familiarity with branding principles and digital campaign management
• Experience with design tools or platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Dubai real estate or luxury hospitality market

Knowledge of CRM tools and marketing Tools

Basic design skills (Canva, Meta Adobe Suite)
