Job Description

Job Overview:

Andador Distribution is scaling rapidly across the region and we are looking for a commercially driven Ecommerce Sales Specialist to own revenue and performance across key online retail accounts including Amazon, Noon, Trendyol and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue & Account Ownership

  • Own revenue targets across assigned online accounts
  • Drive sell-in and platform growth aligned to inventory availability
  • Monitor margin performance by platform and SKU
  • Manage platform relationships (Amazon Vendor / Seller Central, Noon, etc.)
  • Lead deal submissions and promotional planning

Commercial Performance Management

  • Build and track monthly revenue and margin performance
  • Analyze sell-in vs sell-through dynamics
  • Model promotional scenarios and assess ROI
  • Flag stock-out and overstock risks before campaigns
  • Monitor platform chargebacks, returns, and compliance deductions

Content & Conversion Optimization

  • Ensure listings are fully optimized (titles, content, images, A+ content, video)
  • Monitor conversion rate and traffic trends
  • Improve search visibility and product discoverability
  • Coordinate with internal teams to maintain listing accuracy

Campaign & Advertising Execution

  • Plan and execute platform campaigns (Prime, White Friday, etc.)
  • Manage Sponsored Ads / platform media where applicable
  • Track ad performance and optimize spend efficiency
  • Ensure promotional depth aligns with margin guardrails

Operational & Compliance Oversight

  • Monitor account health metrics
  • Manage order flow and stock allocation with planning team
  • Resolve operational escalations proactively

What we are looking for:

Experience

  • 37 years in ecommerce, online retail account management, or marketplace management
  • Experience with Amazon (Vendor or Seller Central) in GCC required
  • Experience with Noon or regional marketplaces preferred
  • Distribution or FMCG experience preferred

  • Commercial mindset with negotiation confidence and strong Excel capability
  • Structured and detail-oriented
  • Growth-driven and proactive
  • Comfortable working with data and performance metrics
  • Solid understanding of margin mechanics
