Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow the Maxzi.ae online sales channel under Indoguna. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with end-to-end e-commerce operations, including platform management, customer engagement, and digital marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth, brand visibility, and customer loyalty.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new online business opportunities, partnerships, and sales channels to increase Maxzi.ae's market share and customer base.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to convert website traffic into sales and nurture long-term customer relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with the logistics, and operations teams to coordinate order fulfillment and delivery processes.
  • Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports on business performance and competitor activities.
  • Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional offers to maximize online visibility and sales conversion rates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with platform representatives, partners, and suppliers.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently while adhering to budget and deadlines.
  • Assist in developing strategic initiatives to expand Maxzi.ae s online footprint within the Indoguna portfolio.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven track record of driving online sales growth and developing new e-commerce revenue streams.
  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in e-commerce, sales, or business development, preferably in B2C online retail.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and online customer engagement strategies.
  • Proficient with social media selling tools and digital live engagement platforms (e.g., Facebook LIVE).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with AI tools relevant to e-commerce operations is a plus.
