Ecommerce Specialist (Night Shift)

Job Description

• Responsible for online Sales and Chatting with customers
• Ensure Order Fulfillment and on-time delivery activities are on track.
• Confirm orders and follow up with customers
• Coordinate with internal department
• Arrange delivery process with WH and couriers
• Handle customer complaint
• Communicate with the shipping company and couriers

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree.
• 1-2 of experience in E commerce operation.
• Familiar with electrical products is preferable
• Excellent communication skills.
• Work location: Heliopolis / Gesr El-Suez
• Work 6 Days per week.
• Night Shift ( 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM)
