E-Commerce Specialist FMCG Job Overview:
Responsible for managing and expanding online sales of FMCG and beverage products across major UAE marketplaces including Amazon, Noon, Talabat, and Careem. The role focuses on product listings, stock management, promotions, and marketplace growth strategies specific to fast-moving consumer goods.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage seller/vendor accounts for FMCG and beverage SKUs
- Upload and optimize product listings (ingredients, nutritional facts, barcodes, HS codes, pack sizes)
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations (e.g., labeling requirements, expiry dates, batch tracking)
- Coordinate with warehouse for FIFO (First-In-First-Out) inventory management
- Monitor stock levels to avoid out-of-stock or near-expiry issues
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns (Ramadan, White Friday, bundle offers, multipacks)
- Monitor pricing, margins, commissions, and competitor activity
- Coordinate product sampling, bundles, and quick-commerce listings (Talabat Mart, Careem)
- Analyze sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly marketplace reports
- Handle customer complaints related to damaged goods, expiry, or delivery delays
- Work closely with suppliers and brand principals for product approvals and content updates
Skills & Qualifications:- Experience handling FMCG or beverage products in e-commerce
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Noon Seller Lab
- Understanding of quick-commerce platforms (Talabat, Careem)
- Strong inventory forecasting and replenishment planning
- Knowledge of UAE food labeling and municipality requirements
- Advanced Excel skills for sales tracking and margin analysis
- Strong coordination with logistics and warehouse teams
