We are seeking a Senior Economic Expert to lead the design and feasibility analysis of national economic surveys. The ideal candidate will provide high-level advisory on statistical methodologies and oversee the full lifecycle of economic data projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advisory & Analysis: Provide expert opinion on the feasibility of incoming survey requests from external entities.
- Methodology Design: Define the scope of economic projects, identifying statistical needs and consulting on the best survey methodologies (sampling, data collection).
- Project Oversight: Supervise all stages of execution, from questionnaire design and sampling to data processing and final delivery.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the development of procedural manuals for statistical projects.
- Product Development: Innovate and develop new statistical economic products that serve national interests.
Requirements:
- Master's or PhD in Economics, Statistics, or Data Science.
- 10+ years of experience in economic analysis or statistical bureaus.
- Deep knowledge of statistical software (SAS, SPSS, R, etc.).
