This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Training and Product Specialist located in Alexandria, Egypt. The specialist will be responsible for delivering product training, supporting healthcare professionals, conducting presentations, and developing instructional material. Key tasks also include providing customer service support, addressing client inquiries, and representing the company's values effectively during all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in Training, Training & Development, and providing professional instruction to various audiences.
• Proficiency in Instructional Design to create and adapt training materials tailored to different requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in a team-oriented on-site environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills for managing multiple responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field, medical background preferred.
• Knowledge of medical devices, particularly in diabetes management, is a distinct advantage.
