As we continue to grow, we are seeking an Educational Consultant and Mentor to join our international team. This unique role combines expertise in school and university admissions in the UAE with mentorship throughout students educational journeys. You will advise premium clients, guide students from the very first consultation to enrollment, assist families in selecting the most suitable programs, and represent the Almanax brand at the highest level.

This role is designed for professionals who can build trust, accurately identify needs, and guide clients to their goals with expertise and care.

Important: Candidates must be based in Dubai and able to conduct meetings both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction, engagement, and trust at every stage of the process
• Achieve individual revenue targets, KPIs, and maintain service quality standards
• Identify and initiate new partnership opportunities
• Oversee and coordinate the entire admissions process for schools and universities in the UAE, Europe, the UK, and the USA from initial consultation to receiving offers, liaising with parents, students, tutors, and school administration
• Develop and implement personalized educational strategies for each student, supporting them throughout their schooling and university journey
• Manage client educational projects: monitor deadlines, create and maintain individual plans, and communicate outcomes
• Conduct initial interviews, assess academic levels, goals, and motivations, and develop tailored admission strategies
• Provide expert guidance on educational pathways, organize related processes, and select optimal options aligned with the student's goals and potential (including extracurriculars, summer programs, logistics, and mentoring support)

We are looking for someone who can not only advise but also close deals by:

• Building strong, trusting relationships
• Identifying family needs and proposing the most suitable solutions
• Presenting services in a structured and persuasive manner
• Working with premium clients and successfully leading them to contract signing

Ideal Candidate:

• Personal experience studying in Dubai, the UK, or Europe
• Deep understanding of British and international education systems
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales or consulting
• Fluent in Russian (native) and English (full professional proficiency)
• High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust with both children and parents
• Strong active listening and structured thinking skills
• Ability to mentor clients and guide them to their goals
• Proactive, disciplined, and responsible
• Results-oriented and committed to continuous development
