Position Description

The Education Consultant is responsible for supporting educational institutions through consultative engagement, academic presentations, and product alignment. The role focuses on driving the adoption of educational solutions, contributing to sales growth through academic expertise, and strengthening long-term institutional relationships. The position combines pedagogical knowledge with commercial awareness to ensure effective implementation and sustained client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective institutions through targeted outreach and professional networking within the assigned territory.
  • Provide expert consultative guidance to educational institutions regarding curriculum solutions and product alignment.
  • Conduct professional demonstrations, presentations, and academic meetings with key decision-makers and educators.
  • Support the sales team with academic expertise during client visits, negotiations, and closing stages.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and solutions based on specific institutional needs and identified gaps.
  • Plan and deliver impactful workshops, training sessions, and academic events for teaching staff.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure effective product adoption and long-term satisfaction.
  • Gather market feedback, competitor insights, and curriculum trends to support strategic planning and market positioning.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client engagements, feedback, and key insights within the company's internal reporting systems.
  • Contribute to visibility initiatives and professional networking that strengthen brand positioning within the education sector.
  • Ensure all activities align with company policies, academic standards, and approved business practices.

Requirements and Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in education, English, linguistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three to five years of experience in teaching, academic coordination, educational consultancy, or educational sales.
  • Experience working with educational institutions, curriculum implementation, or international education programmes is highly preferred.
  • Native-level fluency in English with exceptional professional communication skills.
  • Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia as required.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of curriculum frameworks and educational standards.
  • Ability to translate academic needs into practical, solution-based recommendations.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of the education market.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and schedules effectively.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and management teams.
  • High level of digital literacy and proficiency in standard business software.
