Job Purpose:
Outlines quality assurance procedures and policies & Oversees implementation of quality procedures, understanding of quality 3rd party audits & governmental inspections.
Description:
- Support the development of OHS policies and programs
- Advise and instruct on various safety-related topics (noise levels, use of machinery etc.)
- Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures
- Review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation
- Creating HSE Site Action plan and follow up it on weekly basis
- Initiate and organize OHS training of employees and executives
- Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity (e.g. not using protective equipment)
- Oversee installations, maintenance, disposal of substances etc.
- Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy
- Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and Creating the OPL
- Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management
- Follow up the Firefighting Systems Reports with the AMC Company and ensure that the System is Healthy all the time
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
- Minimum 3 years experience Working as safety Specialist
- At least NEBOSH IGC or ISO 45001 certified internal auditor/lead auditor ISO 14001 Lead auditor
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, analytical and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in Arabic language reading & writing
- Proficient in English language reading & writing
