Lead and manage all electrical construction activities across projects, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules
Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality workmanship, productivity, and adherence to safety standards
Coordinate with project managers, MEP disciplines, consultants, and clients to resolve technical issues and drive timely execution
Review electrical shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and installation plans prior to execution
Monitor project progress, control costs, and support planning, forecasting, and resource allocation activities
Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, standards, and regulatory requirements throughout construction
Drive site safety culture, conduct inspections, and enforce HSE policies and corrective actions
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical construction within MEP contracting projects
Strong expertise in LV/MV systems, power distribution, lighting, grounding, and testing & commissioning
Proven leadership experience managing large site teams and multiple subcontractors
Solid understanding of construction sequencing, project controls, and coordination in complex projects
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in reading electrical drawings, specifications, and coordination layouts
