The program is designed for Graduates with 0-2 years of experience. The program offers various job rotations, mentorships, coaching & trainings. 2024 & 2025 Graduates are welcomed to apply.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and developing electrical designs, drawings, connection diagrams, and calculation sheets for power transformers under senior supervision.
- Review and interpret customer specifications, ensuring full compliance with IEC/IEEE standards and specific project requirements.
- Support the tendering process by preparing technical compliance sheets, basic design inputs, and technical offers.
- Contribute to the preparation of customer and shop documentation, including drawings, BOMs, and technical reports.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other design disciplines such as mechanical, control, testing, production, and quality teams throughout the design and manufacturing phases.
- Participate in technical discussions, FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests), and customer review stages to ensure design alignment and successful delivery.
- Learn, apply, and continuously improve internal design standards, checklists, and templates to maintain design quality and consistency.
- Support in generating technical documentation and design reports in accordance with company and customer requirements.
Requirements:
- Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Power & Machine Engineering.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Years of Experience: 0-2 Years of experience in the same field.
- Computer skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical and Microsoft Excel.
