Electrical Engineer

Cornerstone Development is looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our construction team for our residential compound projects in the New Administrative Capital .

Location: New Administrative Capital

Industry: Real Estate Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute all electrical works on site (low voltage, lighting, power, panels, earthing, etc.)


• Review and ensure compliance with approved electrical drawings and technical specifications


• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and finishing teams to avoid clashes and delays


• Oversee installation of electrical systems in residential buildings (apartments, common areas, parking, landscape lighting)


• Monitor subcontractors performance and ensure quality standards


• Conduct inspections and testing before handover


• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project timelines

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in construction projects


• Strong background in residential buildings, compound projects, and infrastructure works (roads, utilities, and site services)


• Solid technical knowledge of electrical systems and site execution


• Ability to manage subcontractors and site teams efficiently


• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
