Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer with 510 years of experience, including proven experience in Maintenance & Operations and Facility Management projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing electrical systems maintenance, ensuring reliability, safety, and compliance with operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise electrical maintenance works across facilities
• Conduct inspections of electrical systems, identify faults, and recommend corrective actions
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of LV systems, lighting, power distribution, and related equipment
• Review and approve maintenance and refurbishment works related to electrical systems
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and local regulations
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Architectural, Civil, Mechanical, FM teams)
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Prepare technical reports, inspection reports, and documentation
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• 510 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in Maintenance & Operations projects
• Experience in Facility Management is required
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, maintenance practices, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with local codes and regulations
• Good communication and coordination skills
