• Attend Inspections, Preventive / Corrective Maintenance and PPM Services by Subcontractors.
• Checking of MEP Operation on Daily Basis for smooth operation.
• Preparing MEP Reports (Daily/Monthly/ Quarterly/Yearly).
• Preparing Schedule for Daily MEP Work.
• Record Keeping (PPM Reports, Schedules and Third-Party Inspection Certificates).
• Minimize operation related comments by Third Party.
• Supporting BMMS Team for Inspections.
  
  

• Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from a reputed university
• Need a valid UAE driving license
• Must have a mionimum of 8 years of similar experience
