About the Role

As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for a motivated Electrical Shift Engineer to join our manufacturing team and support efficient, safe, and reliable production operations. In this role, you will contribute to maintenance activities, equipment reliability, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and emergency electrical maintenance and repairs
• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and ensure fast and effective problem resolution
• Plan, document, and analyze maintenance activities (spare parts, costs, downtime, repair duration)
• Assist in installation and commissioning of electrical equipment and systems
• Monitor and maintain performance of electrical systems and production machinery
• Support selection and management of maintenance materials and spare parts
• Maintain and update technical documentation (circuit diagrams, wiring layouts, etc.)
• Support onboarding and training of junior technicians and new team members
• Report critical maintenance issues and propose improvement actions
• Operate forklift trucks and lift platforms when required
• Test and maintain essential systems including fire detection, HVAC, lighting, compressed air, water, and loading systems
• Ensure full compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related technical field
• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance environments

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance, troubleshooting
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring diagrams
• Good command of English and MS Office tools
• Experience with SAP (preferred)
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
