Overview:

We're looking for 2023 to 2025 Engineering Graduates to join our Electrical team at our Sokhna Plant (Electrical Maintenance or Electrical Utility) as Full-Time Engineers for 1 year.

Job Purpose:

Ensure completion of electrical jobs with the highest level of safety, quality and effectiveness at minimum cost to maximize equipment availability, apply practices, and contribute to their improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, Develop and implement Electrical plans, policies and procedures with corporate Production strategy in order to ensure effective support for maintenance and production, the execution and quality of maintenance work to be carried out on equipment according to planned work orders to support the achievement of production objectives.
• Define; validate team IDP with regular follow up with needed support to enhance skills and performance.
• Execute the weekly & planned shutdown schedule for his area and necessary assignments of resources at team level with scheduler coordination, using best available tools and procedures in order to maximize equipment availability and support the control system configuration to optimize the operation process.
• Ensures, upon completion of repairs for Electrical equipment, that are in good operating condition and as standard, ready to meet operational requirements, fully inspected, tested, clean and safe.
• Takes adequate actions when Electrical incidents occur in his area (undertake emergency repairs or corrective actions).
• Contributes in his area, to the development of working Execution and definition of procedures and ensures their implementation.
• Report for repairing jobs including as consumption of materials, tools, man hours and skills, and support with dates the filling of equipment history files.

Education & Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor of Electrical Engineering.

Technical Skills:

• Electrical & power maintenance operations knowledge.
• Computer proficiency
• Problem-solving Skills.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Graduate of 2023, 2024 or 2025 ONLY
• Flexibility to work in Sokhna Plant (Transportation Provided)
• Completed/Postponed Military Status.
• Ready to Start by April 1st, 2026
