Job Duties:

• Ensure optimal equipment performance and maintenance efficiency.
• Lead and support the maintenance team both technically and administratively.
• Monitor, analyze, and report maintenance KPIs.
• Troubleshoot electrical and automation systems, including PLCs, drives, and instrumentation devices.
• Manage utility consumption (electricity, water, and gas) and maintenance costs.
• Coordinate with the Purchasing Department on technical requirements and spare parts.
• Ensure proper work order execution, spare parts control, and workshop equipment readiness.
• Support project planning and implementation activities.
• Enhance preventive maintenance programs and equipment performance.
• Deliver technical coaching and training to maintenance team members.
• Drive TPM implementation and ensure compliance with maintenance best practices.
• Maintain accurate equipment asset records and documentation.
  
  

Job Qualifications:

• Engineering Graduate (Electrical Major)
• 2-4 years of Experience in the same field
• Leadership skills.
• Communication & Presentation skills.
• Problems Analysis and solving
