Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh for an Electrical Estimator. The Electrical Estimator will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and developing accurate budgets for electrical projects. Daily tasks include reviewing blueprints, collaborating with project teams, identifying materials and labor needed for projects, and ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints. Effective communication with vendors and contractors is essential to source accurate pricing information.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Electrical Estimating and Cost Control, with the ability to produce detailed and precise project estimates.
- Solid understanding of Electrical Contracting and Electricity principles in commercial and industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge and background in Electrical Engineering concepts and their application in project planning.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess project needs and resolve challenges effectively.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in relevant estimation software and tools is highly beneficial.
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in electrical contracting or estimating roles is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members effectively.
