We are currently seeking an experienced
Electrical Inspector to join our team for a project in
Khobar. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in inspecting electrical systems for construction projects, ensuring proper installation, testing, and compliance with Saudi codes, client specifications, and quality standards.
- Inspect electrical installations to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety codes, and regulatory requirements
- Verify proper installation of electrical systems, including wiring, switches, outlets, lighting, and power distribution systems
- Conduct testing and commissioning of electrical systems to ensure functionality, performance, and safety
- Identify electrical issues, defects, or non-compliance during construction and ensure timely corrective actions
- Coordinate with electrical engineers, contractors, and project managers to resolve technical issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, testing results, and system performance
- Prepare detailed inspection reports, highlighting deviations, non-conformities, and required corrective actions
- Monitor ongoing electrical works to ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications
- Ensure all electrical systems comply with local regulations, safety standards, and project requirements
- Communicate project progress, inspection findings, and technical issues effectively to all stakeholders
- Support the project team in maintaining quality assurance and control throughout all project phases
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in electrical inspection, including at least 4 years in Saudi Arabia
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, codes, and standards
- Proficiency in electrical inspection tools and testing equipment
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic
