BEKO Global is hiring Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring maintenance activities are conducted in compliance with safety, risk management, environment, health and regulatory rules.
- Running the existing maintenance system and contributing to improvement of it according to department targets and company group standards.
- Planning and conducting planned, periodic and predictive maintenance activities.
- Evaluation and implementation of new predictive or preventive maintenance techniques
- Creating and monitoring machines and plants maintenance instructions and standards.
- Following planned maintenance and malfunction KPI's, taking necessary actions to improve the system.
- Leading and collaborating projects to improve production and energy efficiency projects,
- Supporting and reporting breakdown maintenance activities on/off-site in/out of office hours when needed.
- Ordering necessary spare parts and maintenance consumables and managing relevant stock of spare parts,
- Implementing and commissioning of new in-house CMMS system. (MOST)
- Supporting the utilities and high voltage systems maintenance
Work Location: 10th Ramadan
Qualifications:
- BSc degree in Electrical Engineering or related departments,
- Good command of both written & spoken English,
- + 2 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance and/or automation. Home appliance industry will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge about electrical circuitry, automation systems, servo controllers, electro pneumatic & electro-hydraulic systems,
- Good communication, planning, organization, problem solving & decision-making skills in an environment with constantly changing targets
- Good PLC automation knowledge is a must at least in one software: Siemens Tia Portal, Omron Sysmac Studio
- Siemens Sinamics/Simotion, Omron or Mitsubishi servo controller systems knowledge is a strong plus
- Experience in electrical power distribution is a plus
- Experience of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), preferably SAP PM, is a plus,
