Electrical/Mechanical Engineer - UAE National

Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor and control train movements through ATS systems
• Supervise and coordinate train operations and service activities
• Liaise with maintenance teams and the Control Center for smooth operations
• Prepare and maintain daily operational reports (OCC logs, dashboards, schedules)
• Manage train service mode transitions in coordination with the Control Center
• Monitor CCTV systems and passenger flow to ensure safety and efficiency
• Report faults, alarms, and incidents in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation
• Support incident management and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Operate SCADA systems in line with safety procedures and protocols
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational guidelines
• Support Qualified Maintenance Personnel (QMP) as required
• Manage lost and found processes
• Complete all reports and documentation before the end of each shift
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Chief Operations Controller
