Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers and technicians in design and project execution.

Oversee electrical design activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with project managers and other disciplines to align electrical designs with overall project objectives.
Review and approve electrical designs, ensuring compliance with local codes and standards.
Perform technical calculations and analyses to support design decisions.
Serve as a key point of contact for clients regarding electrical services and project updates.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Establish and enforce quality assurance protocols for electrical systems and installations.
Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the construction or real estate sector.
High proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), MS Office.
Good communication, leadership. and coordination skills.
