Electrical Technician

1- Daily monitoring of utility equipment and taking round & updating equipment logs.

2- Proper execution of PM schedule pertaining to manufacturing and updating equipment checklist.

3- To perform active role Internal/External audits and its compliance.

4- Coordinating/working with team/individual for general maintenance at factory.

5- Timely Reporting to the supervisor for any malfunction of the equipment's.

6- Preparing and maintaining all Engineering documents as per cGMP.

7- Active role in Calibrations, Maintenance and installation of machines.

8- Independent work on Calibration and PM of machines in site 2.

9- Timely execution of Notification (General/Breakdown)

10- Follow safety instructions and adherence to safety work permits.

11- Restoration of machine Software, Software backup of PLC's and SCADA

12- Setting up of Vision systems on Blistering and cartooning

13- Setting up of VFD's

14- Optimizes instrument systems ensuring minimal cost and simplification in compliance with the required performance.

15- Undertaking all tasks assigned by supervisor/dept. head.

Job Requirements

Education: Diploma/ITI in electrical field

Experience: 3-4 years in pharma industries
