Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Electro-Mechanical Technician to perform maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment used in our factory, including production lines and devices essential for perfume manufacturing. The ideal candidate will ensure continuous and efficient operation of production equipment, minimize downtime, and support the overall productivity of the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, maintain, and repair factory machinery and equipment used in perfume production, including production lines, motors, pumps, fans, gearboxes, and other operational devices.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to ensure minimal disruption to production.
- Diagnose and repair electrical systems, panels, sensors, and controllers used in factory operations.
- Read and implement technical schematics for mechanical and electrical systems.
- Assist production teams with equipment setup, calibration, and post-maintenance verification
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies.
- Keep accurate maintenance records and report equipment status regularly.
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to plan maintenance schedules and upgrades.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 25 years of experience in industrial/electro-mechanical maintenance.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for production machinery.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.
- Familiarity with factory production equipment and operational systems.
