Electro Mechanical Technician

Themar Al Emarat LLC operates innovative hydroponic and mushroom farms, producing nutritious, pesticide-free, locally grown produce year-round. Based in Sharjah, it is the first large-scale commercial hydroponic project in the region, utilizing 185,804 m of arid desert land for sustainable agriculture. The company integrates advanced agro-technology to ensure consistent production of high-quality crops, contributing to healthier food systems and optimized output.

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electro Mechanical Technician based in Sharjah. The technician will be responsible for maintaining and servicing electrical and mechanical equipment to ensure efficient operations. Key responsibilities include conducting preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting the operation of advanced agro-technology systems in our facilities.

• Proven skills in Equipment Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and Preventive Maintenance
• Strong expertise in Electricity and related systems
• Experience in identifying and resolving technical issues through Troubleshooting
• Proficiency in working with advanced mechanical and electrical systems
• Relevant technical training or certification; diploma or degree in a related field is an advantage
• Ability to work effectively with a team and adapt to on-site working conditions
• Prior experience in agro-tech, farms, or related industries is a plus
