Role Summary

VALLO Holding is seeking a highly skilled Electronic Engineering Manager to lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of advanced electronic systems. The successful candidate will oversee engineering teams, support technical innovation, and contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities in electronics engineering solutions, particularly in PCB design, electronic systems integration, and defense maintenance technologies.

This role combines technical leadership, engineering expertise, and business development capabilities to support the company's operational and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the electronic engineering department, including engineers and technicians.
  • Oversee the design, development, and testing of PCB circuits and electronic systems.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance requirements.
  • Support reverse engineering, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic components and systems.
  • Manage engineering projects from concept through implementation.
  • Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to support equipment maintenance and electronic component sourcing.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, identifying opportunities for electronics services, upgrades, and solutions.
  • Develop technical proposals and provide engineering support for new projects and contracts.
  • Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with ISO standards and technical specifications.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineering staff.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of PCB design, circuit analysis, and electronic system architecture
  • Experience with embedded systems, microcontrollers, and electronic diagnostics
  • Ability to lead engineering teams and complex technical projects
  • Strong business development mindset with ability to identify technical opportunities
  • Experience in electronic troubleshooting and repair
  • Knowledge of electronic testing equipment and design tools
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Experience working within regulated industries such as defense, manufacturing, or MRO environments is preferred

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field

Experience

  • Minimum 810 years of experience in electronic engineering
  • At least 35 years in a leadership or managerial role
