Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Exhibition Director based in Dammam. The Exhibition Director will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of exhibitions. Day-to-day tasks include leading exhibit design processes, managing budgets, organizing and coordinating events, engaging with stakeholders, and developing strategic plans to ensure the success of exhibitions. The role requires collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and clients to meet project objectives while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Exhibit Design and Event Planning
• Strong skills in Budgeting and Strategic Planning
• Demonstrated ability in Sales related to exhibitions or events
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and project management skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in design software and tools is an advantage
• Previous experience in a similar role within event management or exhibitions preferred
