Job Description

The Electronics Systems Installation Manager (Light Current) is responsible for managing presales, commissioning and project management functions from installation to the final delivery of Alfa solutions at the client's side in addition to leading relevant processes and people. The role also includes managing some customer support activities at the company's remote locations.

Job Duties

Perform some people management duties to ensure that:

  • Employees have clear job objectives and challenging targets.
  • Employees receive appropriate training and development.
  • Day to day operations are managed smoothly.
  • Work performance is tracked and evaluated on monthly basis.
  • Two-way communication is maintained among the team members.

Provide projects management activities including:

  • Project planning according to received sales orders.
  • Preparing weekly installation plans including validation of PO based on site surveying, studying existing networks, implementing needed modifications for perfect integration with the system.
  • Coordinating production orders and planned deliveries.
  • Support in managing sub-contractors.
  • Executing on-ground installations.
  • Planning all the financing for the project management.
  • Performing all financial/project documentations on the ERP system.
  • Handling communication between all involved departments.
  • Signing off the final delivery.

Provide remote locations management including meeting sales objectives, executing on-ground installations, renewing service and maintenance contracts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science - Engineering (Electrical/Electronics)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance or customer service field with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a senior
  • Project management certifications is a must
  • Proven experience in leading teams and resources management
  • Networks certifications is a plus
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting computer network problems
  • Proven experience in networks design and performance tuning
  • Knowledge of operating systems configuration and troubleshooting as well as database servers setup and configuration is a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, CMMS and ERP Systems
