Role Overview
IP Care Technologies LLC Is Hiring An ELV Sales Executive To Drive Growth Across ELV And Low-Current Systems. This Role Is For A High-Energy, Target-Driven Sales Professional Who Can Generate Leads, Build Client Relationships, Qualify Opportunities, And Close Projects Across Corporate, Commercial, Hospitality, And Events.
Key Responsibilities
Identify And Develop New Business Opportunities For ELV Systems (CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, WiFi, Fiber, Audio/Video, Intercom, SMATV, PA Systems)
Manage The Full Sales Cycle: Lead Generation, Client Meetings, Site Visits, Solution Presentation, Proposal Submission, Negotiation, And Closing
Build And Maintain A Strong Pipeline Using CRM And Structured Follow-Up
Coordinate With Engineering/Project Teams For Site Surveys, BOQ, Technical Clarifications, And Design Inputs
Prepare Commercial Offers, RFQs, RFP Responses, And Tender Submissions (When Required)
Develop Long-Term Relationships With Consultants, Contractors, Facility Managers, IT Managers, And Procurement Teams
Achieve Monthly/Quarterly Targets And Provide Accurate Sales Forecasting
Track Market Trends, Competitors, And Pricing Benchmarks In UAE ELV Market
Required Skills And Qualifications
25+ Years Of Proven ELV/Low-Current Sales Experience In UAE
Strong Knowledge Of ELV Systems: CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Networking, Fiber, And Related Infrastructure
Ability To Understand Scope, Read Basic Drawings/Layouts, And Coordinate BOQ/Costing With Technical Teams
Strong Communication, Presentation, And Negotiation Skills
UAE Driving License Preferred (Highly Advantageous For Field Sales)
Self-Motivated, Target-Driven, And Able To Work Independently
Familiarity With CRM Tools, MS Office, And Proposal/Quotation Workflows
