What We're Looking For
We don't just look at qualifications—we look at character.
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- At least one year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a people-facing role
- A naturally positive attitude and the ability to deliver excellent service as part of a multicultural team
- A minimum high school education (Grade 12 or equivalent)
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- A height of at least 160 cm, with the ability to reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes (this is essential for accessing emergency equipment across our aircraft fleet)
- No visible tattoos while in Emirates uniform (covering them with bandages or cosmetics is not permitted)
- Full eligibility to meet UAE employment visa requirements (you will be based in Dubai)

What You'll Earn and Enjoy
Your Salary Is Tax-free And Structured To Reward Your Time In The Air. Here's How It Breaks Down For Grade II (Economy Class) Crew
- Basic Salary: AED 4,980 per month
- Flying Pay: AED 69.60 per hour (based on an average of 80–100 flying hours per month)
- Average Total Monthly Pay: Approximately AED 11,244 (around USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, or GBP 2,280)
On top of this, you'll receive an overseas meal allowance for night stops, credited the following month. Hotel accommodation and transport to and from the airport and training college are fully provided by the company.
