Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Guest Relations Manager, located in Dubai with flexibility for some remote work. The Guest Relations Manager will oversee customer experience initiatives, ensure high levels of guest satisfaction, and nurture strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries and complaints, coordinating with internal teams, and facilitating training sessions to enhance customer service standards. The role also includes analyzing feedback to implement service improvements and ensuring the smooth execution of guest-related processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Guest Relations, focused on building and maintaining positive guest experiences
  • Exceptional Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams
  • Proven ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction and deliver outstanding Customer Service
  • Experience in Training staff to improve service delivery and client engagement
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving guest issues
  • Flexibility to work part-time while handling a hybrid work schedule
  • Experience in the retail or hospitality sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
