About the Role
We are looking for a driven and experiencedEmirati Real Estate Agentto join our high-performance sales team. This role is ideal for someone with strong market understanding, proven sales capability, and the ability to build deep client relationships while closing high-value deals.
As a MidSenior Agent, you'll represent premium developers, manage qualified leads, and guide clients through every step of the investment journey from discovery to contract signing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert qualified leads into successful transactions.
- Advise clients on property options, investment potential, ROI forecasts, and market trends.
- Conduct client meetings, property tours, and virtual presentations.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contract details with clients and developers.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Dubai's off-plan and secondary market.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with investors and end-users.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and admin teams for seamless deal processing.
- Track performance through CRM updates, follow-ups, and weekly reporting.
- Represent the company professionally at launches, roadshows, and exclusive events.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experiencein Dubai (off-plan preferred).
- Strong portfolio of closed deals or consistent sales track record.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of Dubai developers, locations, projects, and buyer motivations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
- RERA certification (or willingness to obtain).
