About the Role

We are looking for a driven and experiencedEmirati Real Estate Agentto join our high-performance sales team. This role is ideal for someone with strong market understanding, proven sales capability, and the ability to build deep client relationships while closing high-value deals.

As a MidSenior Agent, you'll represent premium developers, manage qualified leads, and guide clients through every step of the investment journey from discovery to contract signing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and convert qualified leads into successful transactions.
  • Advise clients on property options, investment potential, ROI forecasts, and market trends.
  • Conduct client meetings, property tours, and virtual presentations.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and contract details with clients and developers.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Dubai's off-plan and secondary market.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with investors and end-users.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and admin teams for seamless deal processing.
  • Track performance through CRM updates, follow-ups, and weekly reporting.
  • Represent the company professionally at launches, roadshows, and exclusive events.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experiencein Dubai (off-plan preferred).
  • Strong portfolio of closed deals or consistent sales track record.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of Dubai developers, locations, projects, and buyer motivations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
  • RERA certification (or willingness to obtain).
