We are looking for a proactive Operations Service Officer to join a dynamic operations team in Dubai. This role is ideal for Emirati talent seeking to grow their career in the financial services sector, ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer data and profiles.
- Process applications and ensure accurate daily transactions.
- Manage Direct Debit uploads and Electronic Funds Transfers (EFTs).
- Handle redemption cheques and customer mandate registrations, amendments, and cancellations.
- Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and AML regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and CRM documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 03 years of experience in banking, financial services, or insurance operations.
- Strong Excel, data analysis, and CRM skills.
- Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to operational excellence.
