Purpose of Job:
Responsible for driving employee engagement initiatives and managing internal communication strategies that enhance employee experience, strengthen company culture, and support employer branding efforts across the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the employee engagement and internal communication strategy and annual calendar aligned with business objectives
. • Design and deliver targeted internal communications tailored to different employee segments and stakeholders.
• Lead and coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives across all sites.
• Ensure all internal messages are communicated clearly, consistently, and in a timely manner using engaging and impactful formats.
• Develop and execute employee engagement programs to enhance satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
• Manage employee surveys (e.g., engagement surveys, pulse surveys), including communication campaigns, data analysis, and action planning.
• Create and manage internal communication content (emails, newsletters, announcements, intranet content, and multimedia materials).
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to translate employee feedback into actionable engagement initiatives.
• Handle internal communication during Change management and crisis situations effectively and professionally.
• Plan and execute CSR initiatives, internal events, and employee-driven campaigns.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of engagement activities and communication campaigns, providing insights and recommendations.
• Develop initiatives that promote company culture, values, and employee experience.
• Create and promote employee stories, recognition programs, and success highlights.
• Build strong relationships with employees to encourage participation and foster a positive workplace culture.
Job Requirements:
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or any related field.
Experience:
• Minimum 2-3 years in Employee Engagement, Internal Communication, HR, or related roles.
• Experience in organizing events, engagement programs, or culture initiatives is a strong advantage.
Skills:
• Strong communication and storytelling skills (written and verbal).
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels.
• Ability to design and implement engagement initiatives and programs.
• Analytical skills to interpret employee feedback and survey results.
• Creativity in developing engaging content and campaigns.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
Work Conditions:
• Full Time basis 5 days / week.
