Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Employee Relations Manager based in Alexandria, Egypt, The role involves managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities include developing and enforcing HR policies, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and overseeing performance management processes to align with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years solid experiance in Employee Relations and fostering collaborative workplace environments
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and the ability to implement them effectively
  • Experience with Employee Engagement strategies and initiatives
  • Understanding of Labor and Employment Law to ensure legal compliance
  • Expertise in Performance Management systems and processes
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) or prior experience in a similar role is a plus
