We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our HR team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment, strengthening employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies across our diverse business sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee relations matters, concerns, and workplace issues
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary cases, investigations, and conflict resolution in a fair and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law, internal HR policies, and company procedures
- Support managers and department heads in resolving employee performance and conduct issues
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and retention
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify improvement opportunities
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to employee relations cases
- Assist in policy development, communication, and employee awareness programs
- Partner with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and leadership teams to support organizational goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in employee relations or HR generalist roles
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, energy, or real estate development sectors is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong reporting, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
Preferred Qualifications (Not required)
- HR certification such as SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent is a plus
- Arabic and English fluency preferred
