Job Summary:
The Employee Relations & HR Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle while ensuring efficient HR operations and compliance with internal policies. The role serves as a key liaison between employees, business functions, and HR, while maintaining accurate employee data, managing HR systems, and supporting payroll and benefits-related processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations:
- Act as a primary point of contact between employees, business units, and the HR function.
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee movements, and offboarding.
- Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, conflicts, and day-to-day employee issues, in alignment with HR policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
- Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives aimed at enhancing workplace culture and employee experience.
HR Operations:
- Manage the HR service desk and provide operational HR support to employees across the organization.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring data integrity and proper documentation at all times.
- Administer HR systems and support process automation initiatives to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with payroll to validate employee expense and benefits-related requests.
- Ensure HR operational processes are compliant with internal policies and applicable regulations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Employee Relations, Personnel Management, HR Operations, or any related field.
- Bachelor's degree is required. Master's degree is preferred.
