Job Purpose

To strengthen Metropolitan's employer brand and social media presence - helping attract high-performing agents and corporate talent while improving internal engagement and brand consistency.

What You Will Do

  • Employer Brand Strategy: Build and deliver employer branding strategy aligned with EVP, Great Place to Work positioning, and company culture.
  • Recruitment Marketing: Support recruitment campaigns, especially for real estate agents, through targeted employer brand and digital campaigns.
  • Social Media Strategy: Manage employer brand messaging across social platforms, ensuring consistent tone, quality, and brand positioning.
  • Content Planning: Plan and coordinate monthly content calendars aligned with hiring priorities, business goals, and market updates.
  • Campaign Management: Launch awareness and performance campaigns across Meta, Google, and direct marketing channels.
  • Application Tracking: Monitor applications, campaign leads, and conversion performance across website and marketing channels.
  • Website & Career Pages: Improve career website, landing pages, and recruitment campaign journeys.
  • PR Coordination: Act as main internal contact for PR agency, supporting monthly press releases and market communication.
  • Multi-Brand Coordination: Support content across multiple business units and brand channels when required.
  • Corporate Brand Positioning: Maintain strong, professional brand tone aligned with corporate and premium real estate segments.
  • Internal Engagement: Support internal communication initiatives linked to culture, engagement, and employer brand storytelling.
  • Project Campaign Push: Support targeted campaigns for specific projects, launches, or hiring initiatives.

Who We Are Looking For

This role suits someone who understands how real estate agencies attract talent through brand, social media presence, and strong market positioning.

  • Experience: Background in employer branding, recruitment marketing, social media, ideally real estate marketing environments.
  • Real Estate Exposure: Experience working with brokerages, property developers, ideally at real estate marketing campaigns is highly preferred.
  • Social Media Expertise: Strong experience managing social media content, performance campaigns, and brand storytelling.
  • Digital Marketing: Good knowledge of Meta, Google, and multi-channel campaign strategies.
  • Data Tracking: Experience reporting on applications, campaign leads, and marketing performance metrics.
  • Content Coordination: Experience planning structured content calendars across multiple platforms and audiences.
  • PR Coordination: Comfortable working with PR agencies, media releases, and corporate communications.
  • Stakeholder Management: Able to work across Marketing, HR, leadership, and external partners.
  • Working Style: Self-starter, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative and ownership.
  • Brand Mindset: Strong understanding of premium, corporate, and professional brand positioning.
