Role Description

This is a Freelance, Remote role for an Employment Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. The Employment Specialist will support job seekers and employers by providing career counseling, conducting candidate interviews, and facilitating job placements. Responsibilities include evaluating candidates skills, delivering training sessions, building relationships with employers, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for all parties involved.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences
• Experience in interviewing and recruiting processes, including candidate evaluation and matching
• Customer service skills, including the ability to build positive relationships and address inquiries professionally
• Experience in delivering training sessions and workshops
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with the MENA job market and industries is a plus
