We're Hiring: Endpoint Security Support Engineer Egypt
ValueSYS is looking for a talented and dedicated Endpoint Security Support Engineer to join our growing cybersecurity team.
In this role, you will deliver high-quality technical support services to ValueSYS Endpoint Secuirty Business customers ensuring exceptional customer experience, strong technical outcomes, and full alignment with agreed performance standards and SLAs. You will also serve as a trusted technical liaison between ValueSYS and our valued customers.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver technical support via email, phone, and remote assistance for enterprise customers.
Analyze customer environments, gather infrastructure requirements, and contribute to Statements of Work (SoW) for endpoint security deployments.
Troubleshoot complex or previously unknown endpoint security issues through structured investigation and research.
Independently manage assigned customer accounts across deployment, implementation, and post-deployment support.
Deliver onsite and remote professional services to design, deploy, and operationalize endpoint security solutions.
Install, configure, integrate, and enable customers to successfully manage endpoint security within their environments.
Technical RequirementsMinimum 2 years of hands-on experience in technical support, including:
Strong expertise in Windows Desktop & Windows Server technologies:
Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, Group Policy, Terminal Services, Microsoft Exchange, Sysinternals, and Firewalls.
Basic administration knowledge of virtualization platforms: VMware ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V (Citrix XenServer is a plus).
Advanced understanding of TCP/IP networking and real-world troubleshooting.
Solid foundation in endpoint and network security concepts (EDR, firewalls, IPS, and related controls).
Experience with antimalware, EDR or endpoint protection administration is a plus.
Operational knowledge of Windows Server (20082025), Windows Desktop (711), and Linux systems.
Proven experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting client-server environments.
Additional QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving mindset.
Excellent time management, teamwork, and communication skills.
