Position Purpose:
The Energy & Sustainability Manager will lead the development and implementation of energy and sustainability initiatives for a hospital project in NEOM.
The role is responsible for monitoring energy performance, optimizing utilities consumption, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards, and driving continuous improvement across facility operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the hospital's energy & sustainability strategy
- Lead energy audits and implement energy conservation measures
- Monitor utilities consumption and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with environmental and sustainability standards
- Prepare monthly and annual sustainability performance reports
- Drive carbon reduction initiatives and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Energy / Environmental Engineering or Sustainability Management is an added advantage)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Energy Management or Sustainability
- Strong understanding of Hard FM services (HVAC, utilities, BMS)
- Professional certifications such as CEM, LEED, ISO 50001/14001 (Lead Auditor) are advantageous
