Job Description

Job Title: Engagement and Shaping Supervisor

Department: People and Culture Department

Role Purpose:

The Engagement and Shaping Supervisor at Al Bawani Construction Company is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategies that enhance employee engagement and shape the culture within the organization. This position will work closely with leadership teams to foster a positive work environment, support organizational goals, and ensure that the company's values are consistently communicated and embodied across all levels of the workforce.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead and manage initiatives that promote employee engagement, including surveys, feedback channels, and action plans to improve workplace satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with department heads and managers to align engagement strategies with organizational goals.
  • Ensure consistent communication of company values and culture.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of these initiatives through feedback and data analysis.
  • Drive cultural transformation efforts that support inclusion, diversity, and overall well-being within the organization.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and team-building activities designed to strengthen organizational culture and employee morale.
  • Develop programs that promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Advise senior leadership on best practices for enhancing organizational culture.
  • Monitor key engagement metrics and develop reporting mechanisms to track progress and highlight areas for improvement.
  • Analyze data from engagement surveys and other feedback tools to inform decision-making.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management on engagement trends and areas needing attention.

Necessary Knowledge and Experience.

  • Minimum of 4-7 years in employee engagement, organizational development, or a related area.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects and delivering results within deadlines.
  • Experience working collaboratively with diverse groups and teams
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data to inform engagement strategies.
