Job Description
The Engineer/Access Network Maintenance role is critical to our operations, as it ensures the smooth functioning and reliability of our network infrastructure. You will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance, performance optimization, and the overall governance of maintenance activities, working closely with regional teams and vendors to deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities to meet service stability and KPI targets.
- Provide monthly performance reports and dashboards, highlighting maintenance achievements and challenges.
- Engage with regional teams to share best practices and enhance maintenance performance.
- Resolve critical issues and ensure timely escalation for effective problem-solving.
- Manage high-priority sites, ensuring uninterrupted service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and minimize quality-related issues, maintaining regular reporting for tracking.
- Collaborate with stores to ensure hardware and material availability for maintenance tasks.
- Standardize processes and checklists for consistent governance across regions.
- Support BOQ preparation and verification, ensuring accurate and efficient project execution.
- Provide technical guidance to field teams, improving fault resolution and service quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and maintenance best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good communication and collaboration skills for effective team engagement.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management tools and software.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and regional coordination.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations is preferred.
